OVERVIEW OF NOBBLE
Nobble is a Matching card game for 2 or more players. The goal of the game is to be the last player remaining, while all of your opponents have been eliminated.
SETUP
Each player receives 5 chips to use during the game. When a player is out of chips they are eliminated from the game.
The first dealer is chosen at random and passes to the left for each new deal. The dealer deals the cards to the players one at a time, face down, in a clockwise pattern. They should start dealing with the player on their left and keep dealing the deck of cards until all players have 5 cards each. keonhacai
Card Ranking
The cards are ranked traditionally. Ace (high) King, Queen, Jack, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, and 2 (low).
GAMEPLAY
Beginning with the first player on the dealer’s left, they may play any card they wish to. The next player clockwise must play a card of the same rank if they are able. If they cannot, they may play any card from their hand.
If a player has their card matched by another player, they are nobbled. When nobbled a player must pay a single chip to the center. If a card is matched twice then the second player is double nobbled, having to pay two chips. If all four cards are played, then the third player is triple nobbled. This player pays three chips into the center.
If a player does not have enough chips to pay the full penalty, they pay what they can to the center. The player is then eliminated for not having any remaining chips.
Once all cards have been played out of hand by all players the next dealer will deal out a new hand of cards and the game continues as above.
END OF GAME
The game ends when only one player remains
